Solo Program FAQs

  • I'm signed up for the Solo Program, so how often can I attend sessions?

The Solo Program is offered as a package, which means that you can attend whatever sessions fit your needs best. You can attend any of the 1-hour and 1.5-hour sessions available during the week.

  • Do Solo Program swimmers need to book into sessions on Momence?

Yes, all swimmers need to book into every session on Momence so that we can anticipate swimmer numbers and know if there is space for Casuals. Bookings can be made in the Momence app until the session begins.

  • What equipment do I need?

Please bring fins, pull buoy, Finis training paddles, water bottle, and towel.

  • Where do I get updates?

The best place for updates is through our Solo Program WhatsApp channel - you will be asked if you want to join this group. You can also check the Positive Swim Squad Facebook page and check in with any of the coaches during sessions for updates.

  • Is there anything that I should know before joining a session?

No, not at all - just prepare for some great  swimming and fun!  Oh, and it's also helpful to review the Code of Conduct.

  • What happens if I have to cancel the program?

In the case of an unexpected circumstance that causes you to have to cancel the Solo Program, you will be charged for one extra week of the program to cover admin and overhead costs. At that point, you will cease being charged for further weeks of the program. If you have paid in advance, you will be refunded the remaining amount.

  • So how do I get started?

It's easy! Just contact us at coach@positiveswimsquad.com.au to let us know you'd like to begin. We will get you started right away.
