For those wanting to train any 3 sessions per week. If you dont make it 3 times one week, it can be rolled over to the next. Sessions can not accumulate and roll over into next season.

Please take the following steps to set yourself up on the Momence app and sign up for your sessions. Everyone must sign up and have signed the waiver to participate in the squads.
All new members, please feel free to create an account with Momence after purchasing a membership or a class. Then you'll be able to book classes by downloading the Momence App.
Existing members, please access your account by downloading the Momence App, and select "Forgot Password" with your previous email address to reset your password to your account.
Yes. There is a different price for the 1 hour and 1.5 hour class. As long as there is space in the lanes, which will be indicated on the app when your checking in, you can come!
You have 1 month to use that casual on the particular day of the week.
Yes, you need to indicate that you will be coming so I know if there is space or not for Casuals. You can book in up until the class starts.
You will need Fins, Pull buoy, Finis Training Paddles and water bottle
